1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Laurier Immigration Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Laurier Immigration Solutions is a regulated Canadian immigration consulting firm that provides:
- Immigration consultation and advice
- Application preparation and submission services
- Document review and verification
- Representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
- Provincial Nominee Program applications
- Family sponsorship applications
- Work and study permit applications
- Citizenship applications
3. Professional Standards
Our services are provided by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) who are members in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). We adhere to the professional standards and code of conduct established by the CICC.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
- Submit all required documents in a timely manner
- Pay all fees as agreed upon in the retainer agreement
- Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
- Inform us immediately of any changes in circumstances
- Comply with all Canadian immigration laws and regulations
- Attend all required appointments and interviews
5. Fees and Payment
All fees for our services will be outlined in a separate retainer agreement. Payment terms include:
- Consultation fees are due at the time of service
- Retainer fees must be paid before work begins
- Government fees are separate and payable directly to the government
- Refund policies are outlined in the retainer agreement
- Late payment may result in suspension of services
6. Limitations and Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Success: We cannot guarantee the success of any immigration application. The final decision rests with the relevant government authorities.
Government Processing Times: We are not responsible for delays in government processing or changes in immigration policies that may affect your application.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers (translators, medical examiners, etc.).
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and communications, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. This confidentiality extends beyond the termination of our services.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Grounds for termination include:
- Non-payment of fees
- Failure to provide required information or documents
- Misrepresentation or fraud
- Breach of these terms of service
- Mutual agreement
9. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or any immigration application outcomes.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation between the parties
- Mediation through a qualified mediator
- Arbitration or court proceedings in Ontario, Canada
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

13. Changes to Terms
